By using My Pickleball Connect (the site at mypickleballconnect.com and any subdomains), you agree to these terms. They are short and plain. Read them.

Who we are

My Pickleball Connect is a player-built directory of pickleball courts, open play, tournaments, and editorial content. The site (mypickleballconnect.com and the My Pickleball Connect brand) is owned and operated by Blessed and Highly Favored, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company located at 2105 Vista Oeste St NW, Suite E-1111, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States. Using the site

The directory and guides are provided to help people find and enjoy pickleball. Use them for your personal research, share them with friends, link to them in your blog or group. You may not:

• Scrape the site or systematically copy our content into another product.
• Resell our data as your own.
• Use the site to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account protections.
• Impersonate another player, coach, or facility.
• Submit content you do not have rights to.
• Submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account, you must not share sign-in links with others, and you must use a real (or at least working) email address. Sign-in is by magic-link email; we do not store passwords. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that are used for spam or abuse, with no obligation to provide notice in advance.

User-submitted content

When you submit content to the site (a court correction, photo, comment, suggestion form), you keep ownership of what you wrote. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, distribute, and adapt the content for the purpose of operating the site (including translating it, formatting it, or showing it in a different layout).

Comments are screened by an automated moderation classifier before publishing. We may also queue any comment for manual review at our discretion (for example, comments that mention the site by name or that are submitted while the moderation service is unavailable). We may remove or edit comments for any reason, including off-topic content, spam, harassment, doxxing, and content that violates the prohibited-content rules above.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content, that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, and that it complies with the prohibited-content rules above. We can remove any content for any reason, with or without notice. We can also ban accounts that repeatedly submit content we have to remove.

Accuracy and "as-is" disclaimer

We do our best to keep court hours, prices, schedules, and editorial content accurate, but venues and tour schedules change without telling us. Anything on the site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Call the venue ahead if it matters. If you find something out of date, let us know and we will fix it.

Editorial content (guides, takes, news briefs, reviews) reflects research and player experience and is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Coaching guides are offered as general information; consult a certified instructor for individualized coaching.

Some outgoing links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you buy through them. It does not change the price you pay. Read our full affiliate disclosure for details.

Intellectual property

The site's name, logo, brand, written editorial content, illustrations, and code are ours (or licensed to us). You may quote short passages with attribution, link to any page, and share screenshots in normal course. You may not republish substantial portions of editorial content elsewhere, train AI models on the corpus without permission, or use the brand in a way that suggests affiliation we have not granted.

Court information, schedules, and basic facts are not proprietary; what is ours is the curation, presentation, and editorial commentary around them.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice per our DMCA process. We respond promptly to valid notices.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for injuries, locked gates, weather cancellations, court availability, mistaken DUPR ratings, paddle reviews that do not match your experience, or anything else that happens at a court we list, a tournament we cover, or a piece of gear we discuss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow this kind of limitation; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including violation of these terms). The sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, post a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the affiliate disclosure, and the DMCA process, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, and supersede any prior agreement.
